Jason B. Mizak
Jason, a partner at Mizak & Pacetti, LLC, brings 18 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, business law, and civil litigation. He specializes in preserving family legacies, managing estates, and resolving disputes. Jason also handles real estate issues, asset management, and business disputes within estates, providing strategic, empathetic legal solutions.
Vincent Pacetti
Vincent, a former Cuyahoga County prosecutor, is a skilled criminal law attorney with over 100 trials in Northeast Ohio. As private counsel, he handles criminal cases, juvenile matters, expungements, divorce, custody disputes, estate planning, personal injury, landlord/tenant issues, and more. Known for smart, aggressive, and cost-effective representation, Vincent is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes and protecting clients' rights.
Blake A. Benson
Blake A. Benson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political theory from Michigan State University in 2016 and a juris doctorate from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2019. He was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2019 and focuses his practice on personal injury law, domestic relations law, probate law and commercial litigation.
James Kashien
A dedicated and dynamic criminal defense attorney, James, brings a unique perspective shaped by experience in a prosecutor’s office, a consumer and bankruptcy law firm, and a general practice firm. This diverse background allows him to skillfully handle a wide range of legal matters, from criminal defense to consumer rights. Known for clear communication and client-focused representation, James ensures that every client understands their rights and options.
Tony J. Miranda
Tony J. Miranda, Esq., graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2025. Before becoming an attorney, he spent over twenty years in Information Technology, where he managed servers, networks, storage systems, and cybersecurity operations. He also earned a Certification in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, strengthening his ability to handle legal issues involving technology and digital evidence. Tony’s practice includes cybersecurity and data privacy, criminal defense, civil litigation, and corporate law. He lives in Lakewood with his wife, Linda.
Dziyana Taylor
Dziyana Taylor is the firm’s legal assistant. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and Management from LLC International University in Lithuania. She is bilingual, and previously worked with one of the top immigration law firms in Cleveland, Ohio. She is also a published author, and holds multiple certificates of leadership excellence.
